Located in the heart of mid-Devon yet within easy driving distance of a wealth of beaches to the north and south you will be able to visit attractions which include Exmoor Dartmoor historic Exeter Bickleigh Mill numerous National Trust properties Morwellham Quay and much more. There are many beautiful walks and cycle routes in the area including Two Moors Way Tarka Trail The Ruby Trails and Granite Way. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: upstairs 1 double 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living area with TV DVD hi-fi woodburner cooker microwave and fridge/freezer. Outside: large enclosed garden area with garden furniture. Amenities: parking for up to 3 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smokers. is a picture-perfect fishing village. Ilfracombe is a more traditional seaside resort, but is not overly-commercialised, while the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth have an atmosphere all their own. Don’t miss the wonderful water-powered funicular railway here.
